Respected Madam,

      Kindly refer to this Association’s letter of even number dated 6/4/2013 in which a copy of representation dated 23/3/2013 received from Ms Sukumary Joseph, ASP, Ernakulam Sub Division Cochin 682024 regarding non inclusion of her name in the seniority list of Inspector Posts was forwarded with a request to update the seniority list of Inspector Posts for the year 1995, but till this date neither our letter acknowledged nor replied. The officer in her representation stated that she had pointed the mistake of non reflecting her name in the seniority list of Inspector Posts cadre for the year 1995 published in departmental website vide her application dated 4/8/2010. The said officer has passed Inspector Posts Examination in 1995 and joined to Inspector Posts cadre on 10/11/1995.

      It is therefore once again requested to kindly look into the matter and cause to update the seniority list of Inspector Posts for the year 1995 on departmental website by inclusion of name of above named officer at the earliest.

      An early action in the matter is requested.
