Some times System
Administrators are in fix, when customer (who have deposited their fees e.g.
CBSE, AIPMT etc. in e-Post Office) ask for Transaction
ID in lieu or complains that
Receipt No. Printed on MPCM Receipt is shown as Invalid or Not accepted
by E-Biller’s software on Website.
It
repeatedly shows the error “Please Enter your Transaction ID” while
they are taking Final
Confirmation Print of their Application. Concerned SPM is being pressed to
execute
e-Payment
client, repeatedly, but in vain. This not only a tough time
for System Administrator & PM/SPM but also a huge Loss of Revenue to our
Department as Private
Shopkeepers/Typists incourage applicants to deposit their Fees in Banks only,
because Banks provides Transaction ID as per the formate of E-Biller.
The Simple
Solution is :................
If E-Biller Website asks, Transaction ID of Nine digits and Our MPCM Receipt No. is 2, then Fill the Column as 000000002 (Put eight 0s before 2 to complete
Nine Digits) if Transaction
ID is of 13 digits then Fill the Column as 0000000000002 (Put twelve 0s before
2 to complete 13 digits).
